Neymar moved to PSG from Barcelona in a record-breaking deal a year after putting pen to paper on a new contract for the Spanish club.
Neymar On Fire
Neymar has started his PSG career on a high with three goals and assist in the first two games that he has played for the club. However, he took an opportunity to blast the board at Barcelona after his new team’s victory.
“I really don’t have any words for the board at Barcelona,” he said. “I am really sad that things turned out this way and I’m disappointed in the board.”
“I played for the club for four years and I had no issues at all. And I left with my head held up high but I have no respect for them. The club needs better leaders and I think everyone at the club knows this.”
Neymar also hinted that the players at Barcelona are also not happy and stated that he would be cheering the team all the way.
“I hate the fact that my ex-teammates at Barcelona are not happy and this is because I have a lot of friends at the club. I do hope that things get better with time so they can get back to the one things were in the past.”
